We are **not actively hiring** for immediate start dates today. However, we are proactively building a talent pipeline for upcoming project allocations. When new roles are funded, candidates in this pipeline are reviewed first and given **direct preference** for recruitment loops.
Upcoming Openings
Systems Architect
Responsible for crafting ultra-low latency backend nodes, memory-mapped logging structures, and real-time streaming architectures. Requires strong knowledge of concurrency, system APIs, and zero-allocation code design.
Backend Architect
Build, containerize, and scale multi-tenant service ledgers, database pooling systems, transactional triggers, and decoupled queue managers. Requires strong schema design capabilities and concurrent worker orchestration.
Platform Architect
Construct responsive web client dashboards and modular, cross-platform mobile interfaces (e.g. Flutter clients). Focuses on sub-second rendering, state management pipelines, telemetry tracking, and elegant brutalist visuals.
